Foreword

The Memory of Chaos Analytics is the fruit of collaboration between Prydwen and Spiral Stats who create beautiful infographics with character and team usage for Genshin Impact. They recently branched out to Honkai: Star Rail, so expect similar great images to be prepared by them for each Memory of Chaos phase!

Memory Turbulence: Summons a Trotter at the beginning of each wave or each Cycle. The Trotter takes 200% more DMG from Basic ATKs and DoTs. When the Trotter is defeated and if an enemy is afflicted with Bleed, Shock, Burn, or Wind Shear, the DoT it is currently afflicted with will immediately deal damage equal to 50% of the original damage with a high chance to inflict Bleed, Shock, Burn, and Wind Shear on all enemies, lasting for 3 turns.

Memory Turbulence: After every attack launched by an ally, apply 1 stack of Memory Imprint to all enemies. Enemies with Memory Imprint receive 5% more DMG. This effect stacks up to 6 stack(s). When Memory Imprint stacks to maximum stacks, immediately deal DMG based on a certain percentage of each enemy's respective Max HP 1 time to all enemies. When enemy targets enter battle and other units in the field currently have Memory Imprints, the new enemies will receive the same number of Memory Imprint stacks as those on the field. At the start of every wave of Cycle, remove Memory Imprint from all enemies.

  • 17648 players shared their 2.1.1 Memory of Chaos clear data with us (6760 of the sample are self-reported players that filled our form, 10888 are from random UIDs that we scanned),
    • We have scanned 1.3 million accounts in EU, NA and Asia regions and out of those, 10888 cleared MoC 1, 8039 cleared MoC 10, and 5139 cleared MoC 12 and were included in our statistics.
  • Currently the average cycle clear takes into account both sides - sadly the API is pretty limited in that way and we have no way to obtain the average cycle per 1 side currently.
  • If a team used a limited 5* E1+ character, it was excluded from the average cycles calculation,
  • Dual, triple and no sustain teams have been excluded from the average cycle calculations to level the playing field between the damage dealers,
  • The data only includes characters information based on the usage in MoC stages 10-12, but you can use the toggle to only show MoC 12 statistics.
